We were trying to figure out how to start our new journey.

We first got up from the bed that we sleep on every night. After getting out of the shower, we wrapped ourselves in our soft bathrobes. We dried our hands with towels. We were planning on going to the pool, so we decided to put our beautiful pareos and beach towels in our beach bag. What we could not leave behind were our easy-to-carry pestemals which are light and very practical.

That was the exact moment when we realized that there were a lot of different textile materials that we just have to include in our daily lives. What made these so-called materials so special to us, was that they were all stylish, beautiful, soft, and, most importantly, healthy.

But these criteria were still not enough…

Towels, bedding, and pestemals, no matter how high quality, stylish or healthy, should also be respectful to humans and nature. We had to make sure that our partners respect human rights, do not employ minors, and do not discriminate against any language, religion, sexuality, or race. We wanted to find companies that provide opportunities for women in production and that use organic and recycled materials.

It still was not enough for us!

We went one step further and added pillows, quilts, and bedspreads made with vegan materials to our portfolio.

That is how our business partners got into our lives. We fell in love with their products and work ethics and decided that we could give our best to Austria with their help.
